Like his clients, Jim believes in innovation and disruption. He was one of the first sales representatives in Canadian commercial real estate brokerage to focus on Occupier Services and now leads the only real estate team in Canada that works exclusively with life sciences tenants. Jim’s market knowledge and industry experience is a valued resource in the Canadian Life Sciences community.
Pat is a graduate of the Ted Rogers School of Management, specializing in financial analysis and simplifying financial statements and growth projections for clients. Prior to being a licensed realtor Pat was a leasing manager for a commercial property management company, focusing on tenant retention and lease renewal negotiations. This experience gives him a unique perspective on the role and value of occupier services and the landlord perspective in real estate negotiations.
John graduated from University of Toronto in 2023 with a double major in history and political science and promptly joined the Occupier team at Lennard Commercial Realty where he is employing his research and sales skills to assist the team on pursuits and sales development.
Xenia is a life sciences professional with an M.Sc. in Molecular Genetics from the University of Toronto and a B.Sc. in Forensic Science from Trent University. Her experience includes managing cleanroom operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving production efficiency. Xenia combines her scientific expertise with strong organizational and collaborative abilities, to deliver tailored solutions for lab occupier services within dynamic and highly regulated environments.
