Laboratory space across Canada is in high demand and organizations regularly approach our team with ‘off market’ lab opportunities and request our assistance in filling the space. These lab spaces are often small, shared and available only for a limited term and the organizations who have space available want to fill it with companies who will be a good physical, financial and community fit.  These opportunities are promoted on a ‘stealth basis’ because the organizations do not want what would be frequent and unwanted business interruptions from having these opportunities in the public domain.

 

Companies interested in a lab opportunity will be asked to submit a questionnaire which will be presented to the desired location for review.  If the organization with space is interested in speaking with the inquiring party they will direct Lennard Commercial to make an introduction after which the role of Lennard Commercial will cease.  The role of Lennard Commercial is limited solely to promoting these opportunities and making introductions.  Unless otherwise noted, Lennard Commercial is not a listing or sub-listing agent nor do we act or advertise ourselves as such.
