Organizations across Canada make us aware of ‘off market’ lab space opportunities and request our assistance in finding companies to occupy the space. Please note these organizations are looking for companies who will be a good physical, financial and (and often ‘community’ fit).  Laboratory space across Canada is in high demand so we are instructed to promote these opportunities on a stealth basis because these organizations recognize that publicly identifying their identify or exact location would create frequent and unwanted business interruptions by fielding inquiries.  Accordingly, they have asked us to any parties inquiring about space are asked to submit a questionnaire on their company and research for presentation and review.  After receipt of this information, if the party with lab space thinks an inquiring party may be a fit they then ask us to make an introduction.​​
