Senior Vice President Sales Representative
Like many of his clients, Jim believes in challenging the status quo and thinking differently. Jim has focused on Occupier Services since 1989 and leads the only Lab Occupier team in the Ontario Life Sciences Corridor. His industry knowledge and experience in Occupier services is a valued resource for his clients.
Sales Representative
Pat is a graduate of the Ted Rogers School of Management and his core strength is financial analysis and simplifying financial statements and growth projections for his clients. Prior to being licensed as a realtor Pat was a leasing manager for a commercial property management company where he was responsible for tenant retention and lease renewal negotiations which has given him a unique perspective on the role and value of occupier services and the landlord perspective in real estate negotiations.
Partner & Sales Representative
Paul has worked in the commercial real estate industry for 38 years specializing in Occupier Services. He has represented local and national clients with all facets of their commercial real estate needs and assists with Lennard Lab Occupier requirements in Ottawa.
Sales Representative
John graduated from University of Toronto in 2023 with a double major in history and political science and promptly joined the Occupier team at Lennard Commercial Realty where he is employing his research and sales skills to assist the team on pursuits and sales development.
Executive Assistant
Daniela earned her degree in Performance Production from Toronto Metropolitan University, followed by further refinement of her writing abilities through Humber College’s Professional Writing and Communications program. Her role on the OfficeOccupier team is focused on administration support and research which includes doing background interviews for the NGBideas and NGBiLab podcasts.
