Only a handful of sales representatives in commercial real estate in Ontario have detailed knowledge of the life sciences sector and fewer still have actually completed Lab Occupier transactions. In fact, the vast majority of sales representatives in commercial real estate are generalists who work in multiple sectors (office, industrial, investment, etc) and for both landlords and tenants. They also team up only when necessary, confuse the provision of more services with better services and react to client needs only when called upon rather than proactively seeking out market opportunities for tenants to reduce occupancy costs. We are a full-time team who focus on Lab Occupier Services and our clients in biotech and life sciences know from working with us that specialization matters.

Pat is a graduate of the Ted Rogers School of Management and his core strength is financial analysis and simplifying financial statements and growth projections for his clients. Prior to being licensed as a realtor Pat was a leasing manager for a commercial property management company where he was responsible for tenant retention and lease renewal negotiations which has given him a unique perspective on the role and value of occupier services and the landlord perspective in real estate negotiations.
