Vacant lab space across Canada is often left unoccupied because the group controlling the space (the “Lab Provider”) is not interested in the administrative headache of listing the space with a real estate broker or dealing with the business interruptions that often result from having space advertised in the public domain. The Lab Reacher program is a portal for Lab Providers to advertise available lab space to groups looking for their first or next lab (the “Lab Reacher”) without disclosing their identity or the exact location of the space. Interested parties must provide an abstract of their company and research for review by the Lab Provider who will then direct Lennard Commercial to agree to or deny an introduction to the Lab Reacher.
